It’s always great to wake up on sunny day knowing that you're going to be catching up with a fellow hot rodder or Mustang owner. After some lousy weather the blue sky was a welcome site as I drove the short trip to Upper Hutt to meet up with Paul Georgantas and his prized Mustang GT
This Shelby GT350 is certainly a unique vehicle. Being the only example of this model in New Zealand, and with less than 200 ever produced, also being signed by Carol Shelby prior to his death in 2012, this car is extremely rare.
History: Manufactured @ Flat Rock Assembly Plant Michigan on 20th March 2013 Sequential Blend Number 6559, Transported from Virginia to Los Angeles then to Tauranga N.Z.
Modifications: This car will be kept Stock Standard straight from the factory as an original 2014 GT/CS.

He was on holiday in Las Vagas in the mecca of performance Mustangs, and picked out a brand new 2008 Shelby GT500 from Country Ford. But he didn't bring it home. Instead he gave his brand new GT500 straight back to Shelby for a full Super Snake makeover.
History: Imported from Texas April 2011 by Bruce. Only 215 grabber orange Shelbys were produced, solely for California Ford dealerships . This number 122, one of only three in New Zealand.
History: Previously owned by a collector in Indianapolis is 1 of 151 produced, and it has 450 miles on it, the floor still has the plastic wrap and all floor mats, owners manual etc are sealed
Norm and his family have enjoyed a long association with Ford, and Stevens Motors. Norm's father was a keen Ford man, and following in his footsteps Norm has owned ten Fords since 1979.
History: Imported new into NZ in 2007 . Converted to RHD.

Craig and Tracy had the opportunity about 12 years ago to buy a 67 Mustang notchback. Unfortunately at the time that purchase didn't go ahead, and they have been waiting for the right time since. Just before last Christmas (2013) their chance came so they jumped at it.
John says he's liked the FORD MUSTANG since he was very young, but never thought he would own one himself.
However at the age of 36yrs his dream came true when he purchased his very own 1970 MACK 1. It was only two years later that he sold that first Mustang and was fortunate enough to find a beautiful 1969 BOSS. As John says, "Wow what a car".

Graeme purchased his bright yellow Mustang privately from Wonderlake IL, just south of Chicago in 2008. It was imported for him by Kiwishipping and arrived in NZ early 2009. When it arrive it had travelled 1500 miles and still had plastic on the rear seats.

Tony's beautiful black GT was converted to right hand drive as a new car, by Tickford in Australia. The car was sold new by Stevens Motors in Lower Hutt in 2005 to David Jerkins, the original owner. David put only a very few K's on the care before selling it to Tony. It has still only travelled a modest 17,000km.
