Finance your Hotrod
I was thinking. I can’t be the only person who would like to start a project, or buy a hot rod or classic car, who can’t justify spending the cash right now.
You know how it is, the moment you start dreaming about owning a particular car, before you have even considered your budget the very model you want just pops up on Trademe or somewhere. Before you know it your mind is in creative overdrive working out how you can get it.
A few months ago I mentioned to my wife that I ‘may’ start a car project ‘in a year or so’, then bang! the very model I wanted turns up on Trademe the next week. What does a guy do?
Fortunately I have a friend who happens to own a vehicle finance business. He made it all happen for me. I got the car I wanted straight away, so I could start my project now, a year ahead of schedule, without having to dip into my savings. And for about as much as I was already spending at Cafes every week.
My friend also happens to love hot rods and custom cars, so over a beer or three we discussed how he and Rodders Ltd could help our fellow car enthusiasts get the car they’ve been dreaming of sooner. My goal, through Rodders Ltd, is simply to make the process of getting into hot rodding easier for people who have always wished they could.
